What we buildIllustrative · not a client case study

Shows, crates, crews, and client approvals on one production record.

What we build — not a client case study. This page describes the software RESILIENCE builds for exhibit and event production companies. It names no client and reports no results. Where a scenario appears, it is labeled illustrative.

The pattern we keep seeing

Exhibit and event production in Las Vegas runs on hard deadlines: move-in dates, union labor calls, and show floors that open whether or not the booth is ready. One job touches design, fabrication, graphics, warehouse, freight, and install crews. Client approvals arrive by email. Asset and crate locations live in a warehouse spreadsheet. Labor calls get rebuilt for every show.

When a client changes a graphic three days before move-in, everyone needs the same version at once.

What we build for this kind of business

  • Show intake and quoting. Client, show, booth size, and scope captured once, with quotes built from your own rate tables.
  • Asset and crate tracking. Which properties, crates, and graphics are assigned to which show, and where they are now.
  • Labor scheduling. Install and dismantle crews by show and shift, built from the job record.
  • Client approval portal. Renderings, graphics proofs, and change requests approved in writing, with versions kept.
  • Production board. Every show by phase, from design through return to the warehouse.
  • Agent-assisted ops, where it fits. An agent can draft packing lists or show summaries from the job record for a producer to approve.

Illustrative scenario

Illustrative, not a client.

A mid-size exhibit house running back-to-back convention seasons wants crate locations and graphic approvals in one place instead of a warehouse sheet and email threads. The first scope covers asset tracking, the approval portal, and a show board.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

Model the operation, then the screens

We map the real flow with the people who run it before writing UI.

  2. 02

    Written scope before a contract

Discovery, a scope you can circulate, success criteria, then an estimate. See /pricing.

  3. 03

Build in phases you can see

Every engagement runs in a private client portal with milestones and line-item pricing.

  4. 04

    Handed over

Repository, data, and documentation stay with you. Ongoing care is a choice, stated up front.

FAQ

Scenarios stay labeled illustrative. Schema does not invent case-study metrics.

Do you have a Las Vegas office?
No. RESILIENCE practices legally in Miami, Florida and works remotely, with Pacific-time overlap. On-site visits are scoped when the work needs a room.
