What we buildIllustrative · not a client case study

Renewals, requests, and quotes on one desk the agency owns.

What we build — not a client case study. This page describes the software RESILIENCE builds for independent insurance agencies. It names no client and reports no results. Where a scenario appears, it is labeled illustrative.

The pattern we keep seeing

An independent agency lives between carriers. Quote requests arrive by phone and web form, then get rekeyed into several carrier portals. Renewal dates sit in the agency management system, but the follow-up lives in someone's head or a spreadsheet. Clients email certificates requests, ID card requests, and policy changes to whoever they last spoke to.

The agency management system is the record. The work around it is what leaks.

What we build for this kind of business

  • Quote intake. One structured form per line of business, so the producer gets complete information the first time.
  • Renewal pipeline. Upcoming renewals with owner, status, and next action, pulled from the system you already use where its API allows.
  • Client portal. Document uploads, certificate and change requests, and request status in a limited client view.
  • Service desk. One queue for service requests, with an audit trail of who handled what.
  • Agent-assisted ops, where it fits. An agent can sort inbound requests and draft replies for a licensed person to review. It does not bind coverage, quote premiums, or give coverage advice.
  • Integrations. Agency management, e-signature, and accounting tools, through documented APIs where the vendor provides them.

Illustrative scenario

Illustrative, not a client.

A six-person commercial lines agency wants renewal follow-up to stop depending on memory, and wants certificate requests out of personal inboxes. The first scope covers a renewal board, a request queue, and a client upload view.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

Model the operation, then the screens

We map the real flow with the people who run it before writing UI.

  2. 02

    Written scope before a contract

Discovery, a scope you can circulate, success criteria, then an estimate. See /pricing.

  3. 03

Build in phases you can see

Every engagement runs in a private client portal with milestones and line-item pricing.

  4. 04

    Handed over

Repository, data, and documentation stay with you. Ongoing care is a choice, stated up front.
