What we buildIllustrative · not a client case study

A client portal the firm owns, not another subscription it rents.

What we build — not a client case study. This page describes the software RESILIENCE builds for small law firms. It names no client and reports no results. Where a scenario appears, it is labeled illustrative.

The pattern we keep seeing

A small firm usually runs on a practice-management subscription, a shared inbox, and a folder tree nobody fully trusts. Intake arrives by phone, web form, and referral email, and someone retypes it. Clients call to ask where their matter stands because nothing tells them. Documents travel as attachments, and the latest version of an engagement letter lives in whichever inbox saw it last.

None of that is a legal problem. It is an operations problem, and it costs partner hours.

What we build for this shape of firm

  • Structured intake. One form per practice area, routed to the right person, with the fields your conflict check needs captured once.
  • Client portal. Matter status, next steps, secure uploads, and signed documents in a limited client view. Access rules live in the data layer.
  • Document flow. Templates, versioning, and a clear record of what was sent, signed, and returned.
  • Scheduling. Consult booking tied to the attorney's real calendar, with reminders.
  • Agent-assisted ops, where it fits. An agent can sort inbound mail and draft a status reply for a person to approve. It never sends on its own and never gives legal advice.
  • Integrations. Your existing practice-management, accounting, or e-signature tools, connected through documented APIs.

Illustrative scenario

Illustrative, not a client.

A four-attorney estate-planning firm wants new inquiries to land in one queue, clients to upload documents without email, and staff to stop answering "any update?" calls. The first scope covers intake, a client view of matter stage, and a document checklist per matter type.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

Model the practice, then the screens

We map the real intake-to-close flow with the people who run it.

  2. 02

    Written scope before a contract

Discovery, a scope you can circulate, success criteria, then an estimate. See /pricing.

  3. 03

Build in phases you can see

Every engagement runs in a private client portal with milestones and line-item pricing.

  4. 04

    Handed over

Repository, data, and documentation stay with the firm.
