What we buildIllustrative · not a client case study

Jobs, lots, and paperwork traced from the dock to the customer.

What we build — not a client case study. This page describes the software RESILIENCE builds for marine fabrication and seafood businesses. It names no client and reports no results. Where a scenario appears, it is labeled illustrative.

The pattern we keep seeing

Coastal working businesses share a problem: the work is physical, but the record is paper. A fabrication shop quotes from drawings, tracks jobs on a board, and chases material, change orders, and sign-offs by phone. A seafood business takes orders by phone and text, receives product by the boat or the pound, and keeps lot, temperature, and shipping paperwork in binders and spreadsheets.

When a customer asks where a job or a shipment stands, the answer requires a walk to the shop floor.

What we build for this kind of business

  • Intake and quoting. Fabrication requests with drawings and specs, or wholesale orders with product, size, and delivery date, captured once.
  • Shop or dock scheduling. Jobs by bay and crew, or receiving and shipping by day, with changes visible to everyone.
  • Job and lot records. Materials, hours, and sign-offs per job; or receiving, lot, and shipment records per order. The software keeps the record; your team owns regulatory compliance.
  • Customer portal. Order or job status, documents, and approvals in a limited view.
  • Document flow. Drawings, change orders, invoices, and shipping papers versioned and attached to the right job or lot.
  • Agent-assisted ops, where it fits. An agent can turn emailed orders into draft entries or draft status replies for a person to approve.

Illustrative scenario

Illustrative, not a client.

A Gulf Coast seafood distributor taking orders by text wants each order tied to its lot and shipping paperwork, and wants customers to check status without calling. The first scope covers order intake, lot linkage, and a buyer view.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

Model the operation, then the screens

We map the real flow with the people who run it before writing UI.

  2. 02

    Written scope before a contract

Discovery, a scope you can circulate, success criteria, then an estimate. See /pricing.

  3. 03

Build in phases you can see

Every engagement runs in a private client portal with milestones and line-item pricing.

  4. 04

    Handed over

Repository, data, and documentation stay with you. Ongoing care is a choice, stated up front.
