Most businesses already have a site and a contact form. What they do not have is someone who will, every hour, find the accounts that fit the category, write to them as if a person had done the research, and make sure a real conversation lands on that form — then tell someone who can answer. That is the work. It is an agent system, not a list and not an ads desk.
Always-on lead systems are designed for a written fit brief: the category, the size, the geography, the signals that make an account worth a conversation. Agents research against public sources, draft the engagement, and route people to the site Websites & Apps built — or to an honest form on a site we did not. The operator is paged when a conversation arrives. We do not contract a lead count. Anyone selling a filled pipeline is selling something they do not control.
How we engage
- To start
- $7,499
- Then
- $210 / hour
- Plus
- API usage and any cost associated with the work is billed through. We do not mark it up as a surprise line — it is named in the proposal.
- After
- Always-on lead systems from $2,499 / month
Research against a brief, not a purchased list
The first artifact is the fit brief. Who is in category, who is out, what a qualified account looks like on paper. Agents then research against public sources — the same places a careful human would look — and hold the ones that match. We do not buy lists. We do not scrape a spam desk. If the only way to 'find leads' is a file someone else already sold twice, that is not this offering.
The brief is in the scope of work. Changing who is in category is a written amendment, not a quiet prompt edit at two in the morning.
Engage with a human in the loop
Outreach is written for that account, in the voice the engagement set. A person approves anything that leaves until the error rate has earned more autonomy. Full autonomy is a graduation, not day one — the same sequence we use on every other agent. The agent drafts; the practice stays accountable for what goes out.
This is not a paid-ads campaign and not a social calendar. Paid media stays out of scope. If the motion you need is a media buy, we will say so rather than stretch an agent into a campaign.
Route to the site you already have
Conversations land on your site and contact form. Websites & Apps still builds that front door; this offering sends people to it. Search & Growth still makes the business citable — being found is a different lane from a conversation arriving. We do not install a third-party pixel to 'prove' the motion, and we do not promise a session count.
If the form cannot carry a conversation — broken, unreadable, or missing — we say that first. An agent pointing at a dead door is decoration.
Notify the operator, then stop inventing SLAs
The operator is paged the moment a conversation arrives. That is the deliverable: someone who can answer knows, now. We do not publish a latency number we cannot defend, and we do not hide the arrival behind a dashboard you have to remember to open.
What it costs
The agents are designed under Agentic AI terms — $7,499 to start, then $210/hour, with model and API cost named in the proposal. The always-on run is from $2,499/month, cancel anytime. Hours and pass-through are not credited against the engagement fee. We do not contract a lead count or a filled pipeline.
