Always-on lead systems

Agents that research a written category, engage the account, and send conversations to your site and form. We manage that run every day. No lead-count promise.

Most businesses already have a site and a contact form. What they do not have is someone who will, every hour, find the accounts that fit the category, write to them as if a person had done the research, and make sure a real conversation lands on that form — then tell someone who can answer. That is the work. It is an agent system, not a list and not an ads desk.

Always-on lead systems are designed for a written fit brief: the category, the size, the geography, the signals that make an account worth a conversation. Agents research against public sources, draft the engagement, and route people to the site Websites & Apps built — or to an honest form on a site we did not. We manage that run every day. It does not go dark when the office closes. The operator is paged when a conversation arrives. We do not contract a lead count. Anyone selling a filled pipeline is selling something they do not control.

How we engage

Project-shaped growth work — AEO, technical SEO, custom marketing software, content systems — uses Software Development terms. Ongoing marketing sits on Presence. The operating layer, agents running through the night, sits on Mandate. Current rate. We confirm it on the invoice before any work starts. The figure can change until that invoice is sent. The figures are on the pricing page.

Research against a brief, not a purchased list

The first artifact is the fit brief. Who is in category, who is out, what a qualified account looks like on paper. Agents then research against public sources — the same places a careful human would look — and hold the ones that match. We do not buy lists. We do not scrape a spam desk. If the only way to 'find leads' is a file someone else already sold twice, that is not this offering.

The brief is in the scope of work. Changing who is in category is a written amendment, not a quiet prompt edit at two in the morning.

Engage with a human in the loop

Outreach is written for that account, in the voice the engagement set. A person approves anything that leaves until the error rate has earned more autonomy. Full autonomy is a graduation, not day one — the same sequence we use on every other agent. The agent drafts; the practice stays accountable for what goes out.

This is not a paid-ads campaign and not a social calendar. Paid media stays out of scope. If the motion you need is a media buy, we will say so rather than stretch an agent into a campaign.

Route to the site you already have

Conversations land on your site and contact form. Websites & Apps still builds that front door; this offering sends people to it. Being found — answer engines, technical SEO, citations — is the other half of this same service. We do not install a third-party pixel to 'prove' the motion, and we do not promise a session count.

If the form cannot carry a conversation — broken, unreadable, or missing — we say that first. An agent pointing at a dead door is decoration.

Notify the operator, then stop inventing SLAs

The operator is paged the moment a conversation arrives. That is the deliverable: someone who can answer knows, now. We do not publish a latency number we cannot defend, and we do not hide the arrival behind a dashboard you have to remember to open.

What it costs

The agents are designed under Software & AI Automation terms — $10,000 upfront, then $220/hour, with model and API cost named in the proposal. The run sits on Presence at $8,500/month. What you pay: $8,500 a month, $102,000 a year Seats: A marketing seat costs about $113,000 a year to employ, before the task seat already in Continuity. Model usage: $1,000 of model usage is included in the month. Past that, API usage is named on the invoice at cost. We do not mark it up. Mandate is $12,000/month: agents built for your company, follow-ups, replies, and reports, running through the night. What you pay: $12,000 a month, $144,000 a year Seats: Five service seats cost about $270,000 a year to employ, before the marketing seat. Seven cost about $378,000. Model usage: $2,000 of model usage is included in the month. Past that, API usage is named on the invoice at cost. We do not mark it up. Cancel anytime. Hours past the month sit on top and are not reduced by the retainer. The $1,500 Build Blueprint credits 100% to the engagement retainer if you sign within 14 days (two weeks). After that the blueprint is still yours and the full retainer is due. Hours, pass-through costs, and the monthlies are not reduced. We do not contract a lead count or a filled pipeline.

FAQ

Common questions.

Will you fill our pipeline or guarantee a number of leads?
No. We research against a written category, engage those accounts, and route conversations to your form. A lead count is an outcome we can observe, not a deliverable we can contract.
How is this different from being found, or from website care?
Being found is the other half of Automated Marketing: answer engines, technical SEO, and citations. This offering goes and gets the conversation. Continuity keeps the site and the software in service. Presence is the month that holds both. Being found is not the same task as a conversation arriving, and both live here.
How much do always-on lead systems cost?
Software & AI Automation retainer is $10,000 upfront. Hours are $220 after that. API usage and any cost associated with the work is billed through. We do not mark it up as a surprise line — it is named in the proposal. Most builds run 4–6 months, on average. The written scope names the date. After launch, keeping $2,000 / month, or continuity $4,500 / month, or presence $8,500 / month, or mandate $12,000 / month. We do not contract a lead count or a filled pipeline. Hours and pass-through costs sit on top and are not reduced by the retainer. The $1,500 Build Blueprint credits 100% to the engagement retainer if you sign within 14 days (two weeks). After that the blueprint is still yours and the full retainer is due. Hours, pass-through costs, and the monthlies are not reduced. Current rate. We confirm it on the invoice before any work starts. The figure can change until that invoice is sent.
Do you buy lists or run ads?
No. Fit criteria are written in the SOW. Research is against public sources. Paid ads, purchased lists, and scraped spam desks are out of scope.
Does the agent send without anyone looking?
Not on day one. A person approves outbound until the error rate earns more autonomy. Full autonomy is a graduation, the same as every other agent we ship.
