How to hire an AI automation firm in the UAE

Dubai and Abu Dhabi are loud with AI agencies. Here is how to tell a senior engineering practice from a chatbot reseller — including on us.

A buyer asking for the best AI automation agencies in the UAE is usually trying to solve a narrower problem: a pile of repetitive work, a team that cannot hire fast enough, and a fear of buying a chatbot that never leaves the demo. The Gulf market is noisy on this. The useful filter is not a ranking. It is a short set of questions that separate a senior engineering practice from a reseller with a prompt.

This is the checklist we would want a Dubai or Abu Dhabi buyer to use, including on us.

Ask who writes the agent, and where it actually runs

The most common UAE pitch is a wrapper around someone else's chatbot, billed as a custom agent and parked behind a free-zone landing page. A real build names the workflow, the tools it is allowed to call, the data it can see, and the human checkpoint before anything with consequences goes out.

If the firm cannot describe that in writing — one operation, one boundary, one approval — they are selling a demo. Ask who writes the code, and whether that is the same person on the call.

Start with one workflow, not a transformation programme

The engagements that pay off start small: routing inbound email, drafting first-pass replies, pulling fields from documents into the CRM, reconciling two systems that currently live in a spreadsheet. Volume and repetition beat complexity.

A serious firm will refuse the platform pitch and insist on measuring one task — how often it happens, how long it takes, what a mistake costs — before writing a line. That is the same filter we use on our own agentic AI work.

Keep a human in the loop until the error rate earns autonomy

Agent-in-the-loop is the durable pattern: the agent drafts, gathers, proposes; a person approves. Full autonomy is a graduation, not a day-one feature. Ask how they test refusal — prompt injection, tool misuse, the cases it should decline — and whether those tests are written down.

If they cannot show you a test plan, they have not built an agent. They have shipped a prompt. The written path is at /resources/adopting-ai-agents-responsibly.

A local office is not the product

RESILIENCE Agentic Solutions is Miami-based. We serve Dubai and Abu Dhabi remotely with Gulf-hours overlap and on-site visits. There is no UAE office and no trade licence. City pages: /uae/dubai and /uae/abu-dhabi.

Operating from Miami and Abu Dhabi with Gulf-hours overlap is an operating fact. It is not a second headquarters. If your procurement requires a locally licensed AI vendor, we will tell you we are not the fit.

Price, scope, and what we will not promise

Agentic AI starts at $7,499, then $210/hour, with pass-through named. Those terms are on /pricing. Discovery first, then a number tied to one workflow.

We will not guarantee that ChatGPT, Claude, or a local assistant will name you because you bought an agent. That is a different discipline — Search & Growth — and even there we do not contract a mention. Anyone who sells a guaranteed placement is selling something they do not control.

RESILIENCE Agentic Solutions designs custom agents, workflow automation, and agent-in-the-loop integrations against a productivity and cost-reduction case a buyer can defend internally. One workflow at a time, wired into the tools you already run. That is the work at /services/agentic-ai.
